The price of the DJI Mini 2 makes it an incredibly affordable consumer drone. The maximum panorama resolution that can be shot by the drone in automatic mode is 8192x4094 pixels which is 33.54MP (or megapixels). Luckily, the DJI Mini 2 allows you to capture RAW images taken during automatic panorama shooting. Using applications such as PTGui or Hugin you can stitch these photos and get panoramas at around 18800x9400 or 176.72MP pixels! And using the Raw format allows you to adjust the color, highlights and shadows for each shot at a professional level.

The problem with using the DJI Mini 2 is that it doesn't allow you to capture the sky, so you have to spend extra time to make your panorama truly professional. Another solution is to purchase a DJI Mini 3 Pro drone that allows you to get a full panorama in automatic mode.

As already mentioned, the DJI Mini 2 allows you to shoot aral panoramas professionally at an amazingly low cost. However, if you want to save time on processing and patching, the DJI Mini 3 Pro is your choice.
